Tips for working at home:
– The Pomodoro technique is a time-based working technique where you work for 25 minutes and then take a 5 minute break. You’re supposed to repeat this until your day or task is complete, but a lot of the time I take breaks a bit, or sometimes a lot longer than five minutes and just use this as a way to get me back to my desk and working again.
-Separate your spaces. Like for instance, only use your laptop at your desk only when working, and every time when you want to browse the internet to relax and for fun, you move to your coach. Also: a ‘work hours’ music playlist and an extra bright desk light, that I only use when I’m working,helps me focus.
